We are looking for a proactive and creative Regional Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence through effective outdoor marketing, retail branding, and on-ground promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring regional marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Outdoor Branding & Advertising
- Identify and execute outdoor branding opportunities, including hoardings, billboards, bus shelters, kiosks, pole branding, wall paintings, transit media, and other outdoor advertising platforms.
- Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for site selection, negotiations, artwork installation, and campaign execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure branding assets are installed correctly and maintained throughout the campaign period.
Retail & Store Branding
- Ensure consistent branding across all stores, distributors, and franchise outlets.
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of signboards, glow signs, standees, banners, posters, vinyl branding, and other branding materials.
- Ensure all branding complies with company brand guidelines.
Marketing Activations
- Plan and execute roadshows, sampling activities, product launches, exhibitions, mall activations, corporate promotions, college campaigns, and local events.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work with local partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Campaign Execution
- Execute regional marketing campaigns in alignment with the annual marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams to localize campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, branding vendors, event agencies, and production partners.
- Negotiate pricing, monitor service quality, and ensure timely project completion.
- Verify vendor invoices and maintain marketing expenditure records.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor branding, promotions, pricing, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify new branding opportunities and emerging advertising trends within the region.
- Share actionable market insights with the marketing leadership team.
Reporting
- Maintain records of branding assets, campaign schedules, and marketing budgets.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on campaign execution, outdoor branding status, and regional marketing activities.
- Track marketing ROI and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Outdoor Advertising, Brand Activation, or Regional Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor advertising media and retail branding.
- Experience in handling hoardings, billboards, transit media, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG, Dairy, Ice Cream, Food & Beverage, Retail, or QSR industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with local advertising regulations and permissions will be an added advantage.
