Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients. In addition to clinical duties, this role includes acting as an in-house content creator, developing educational materials to empower patients and build our brand's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Care
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate mobility, strength, pain levels, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities (TENS, Ultrasound, etc.).
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation and specialized care across various departments (Orthopaedics, Physician, etc.).
- Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, proper ergonomics, and home exercise regimes.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic or physical patient records.
2. Educational Content Creation
- Create educational videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) demonstrating exercises, explaining injuries, and debunking fitness myths.
- Create content showcasing patient recovery stories, testimonials, and clinic walkthroughs.
- Ensure all content is medically accurate, evidence-based, and consistent with the clinic's brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content calendars.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Registration: Active registration with the relevant state/national council.
- Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a multi-speciality environment.
- Content Skills: Experience in creating health-related social media content (reels, educational posts), basic knowledge of shooting/editing apps, and strong communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong patient counselling skills, high empathy, and ability to work in a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
