Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication or heavy engineering industries and a proven track record in generating new business and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in sectors like construction, oil & gas, automotive, infrastructure, and heavy engineering.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead proposal and tender preparation in coordination with technical teams.
- Track market trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Achieve revenue targets and report progress using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 7–10 years of business development experience in fabrication or related industries.
- Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes and project delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
