About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and sports-loving Sports & Physical Education Coach who can engage young learners through indoor and outdoor sports activities and help develop their physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
The candidate will also be responsible for preparing students for Sports Day and other school-level sports activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging indoor and outdoor sports activities for young learners.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities such as:
- Cricket
- Football
- Running and races
- Relay races
- Fun fitness activities
- Ball games
- Coordination and balancing activities
- Other indoor and outdoor games
- Prepare students for Annual Sports Day, including running races, relay races, drills, and other sporting activities.
- Develop children's physical fitness, stamina, coordination, balance, agility, and motor skills.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among students.
- Organize regular sports sessions and maintain an engaging and safe environment.
- Ensure proper safety measures are followed during all sports and physical activities.
- Identify children's interests and abilities in different sports and encourage their participation.
- Coordinate with educators and the academic team for sports-related activities and events.
- Assist in planning and executing sports competitions, activity days, and special events.
- Maintain basic records of students' participation and progress in physical activities.
- Be comfortable working with young children and creating a fun, positive, and energetic learning environment.
Branch Visit Requirement
- The candidate will be required to visit Raj Nagar and Nehru Nagar branches once a week, as per the schedule decided by management.
- The candidate should be flexible to conduct sports activities and training across branches when required.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Physical Education, Sports, Fitness, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with preschool / primary school children will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of cricket, football, athletics, indoor and outdoor games.
- Should be physically active, energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable participating in games with children.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Should be creative in designing fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sports activities.
- Must have a child-friendly, patient, and positive attitude.
- Candidates with experience in Sports Day planning and execution will be preferred.
