Job Title:Head of Sales

Job Overview: The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy and execution for the parks. This role involves overseeing the sales team, which includes managers for, CRM, Corporate Sales, School Groups, Events and Birthday Parties across centers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management within the park, hospitality, or leisure industry. The Head of Sales will be accountable for maximizing revenue across all channels while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the park’s business objectives and revenue targets. Lead the sales and events team in executing this strategy effectively.
Team Management and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of specialized managers (CRM, corporate, schools, events, birthday parties). Provide guidance, set performance goals, and ensure each team meets their individual targets.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth across all sales channels by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing relationships, and expanding market reach.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to ensure cohesive strategies that support sales initiatives and deliver outstanding visitor experiences.
Market Analysis and Forecasting:
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Regularly monitor sales performance and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Key Account Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, including corporate clients, schools, and event organizers, to secure long-term contracts and repeat business.
Sales Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and results across all sales channels.
CRM and Data-Driven Sales:
Oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring the team effectively utilizes customer data to drive targeted campaigns and personalized interactions.
Budgeting and Reporting:
Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and provide detailed reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market conditions to senior management.
Event and Campaign Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and special events that align with the park’s goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the theme park, hospitality, or leisure industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a diverse sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies for corporate clients, travel trade, CRM, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with schools, corporate groups, and event management.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale events and group bookings.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and customer engagement.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
