Job Description – Project Sales Executive (Small Projects) Location: Haldwani & Kashipur, Uttarakhand Company: Havells India Limited Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive to develop and manage small project business in Haldwani, Kashipur, and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for identifying construction projects, developing relationships with builders, contractors, electricians, architects, and consultants, and driving sales of Havells products. Key Responsibilities Visit project sites daily and identify new business opportunities. Meet builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and electricians regularly. Promote Havells product portfolio including wires, switches, lighting, fans, water heaters, and pumps. Generate enquiries and coordinate quotations through channel partners. Track project progress from inception to order closure. Ensure product specifications and approvals in projects. Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Submit daily visit reports and monthly project pipeline updates. Achieve monthly sales and project conversion targets. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline, 2–5 years of experience in project sales, electrical products, construction materials, lighting, cables, or switchgear. Good knowledge of Haldwani, Kashipur, Rudrapur, and surrounding markets. Strong network with builders, contractors, architects, and electricians. Good communication and negotiation skills. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum 8–10 productive site visits per day. New project identification and tracking. Monthly enquiry generation target. Project conversion ratio. Influencer engagement (builders, architects, contractors, electricians). Compensation Salary: ₹20,000–30 000 per month (based on experience) Travel Allowance
