Job Summary:
Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and disciplined Factory Gate Operations Executive to manage factory gate activities, vehicle movement, documentation, and coordination with dispatch, logistics, and security teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in factory gate operations, dispatch, warehouse, or logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle entry and exit operations.
Verify gate passes and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate dispatch and receiving activities.
Maintain records of material inward and outward movement.
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for smooth operations.
Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities.
Ensure compliance with security and factory procedures.
Prepare daily reports and maintain MIS records.
Maintain discipline and operational efficiency at the factory gate.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1–4 years of experience in Factory Gate Operations, Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or related functions.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of gate pass systems and vehicle movement records.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Email, and ERP systems.
Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach to work.
