Office Assistant cum Production Operator – Vacancy Open
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We are a 20+ years, well-established, Kolkata-based manufacturer of Custom Wristbands (Hand Bands), ID Cards, and Lanyards, serving clients across India. As our work is growing, we are hiring another reliable, disciplined person to join our team.
WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES:
Half the work is on the computer. Half is hands-on — running machines and packing orders. This is not a sitting-only job. Full Training is provided. No Experience Required.
- Run Printer Machines
- Operate Small Production Machines (laminator, heat press, cutter)
- Computer Work — printing, browsing, simple Excel or WhatsApp records for stock and orders
- Packing, labelling and dispatching client orders
- Occasionally taking the company scooter / own bike for small office work (you can use office scooter if you don’t own a bike, petrol cost provided by us)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Has a two-wheeler licence and is willing to drive for small office work (can use office scooter or own bike)
- Comfortable using a computer for basic work — browsing, opening files (we will train you for the rest)
- Comfortable with some physical/manual work and operating small machines
- Honest, careful, disciplined — someone who follows instructions properly & learns quickly
- Basic English; day-to-day communication in Hindi or Bengali
- 12th Pass minimum (graduate preferred)
- Age: At least 21 years old (and must be born after 1991)
- Able to join within 3–4 days if selected
- Available full-time — not currently enrolled in full-time studies
Location: Park Circus, Kolkata
Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (may extend slightly on busy days)
Holidays: Sundays Off + Major National Holidays (eg. Diwali, Eid, etc.)

- Salary: ₹11,000 to start (in hand). Grows to ₹12,000 within 6 months on good performance.
