Customer Support Executive (E-commerce)
Location: Tughlakabad Extension, New Delhi (On-site)
A growing fashion e-commerce company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication across online channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, handling queries related to orders, deliveries, sizing, and returns, and maintaining a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information
- Handle communication through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and website chat
- Provide assistance to customers regarding product sizing and fit
- Coordinate with the operations team for order status updates
- Track and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions
- Ensure timely responses to all social media messages
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of fashion garments and sizing
- Experience in e-commerce customer support is preferred
- Familiarity with Instagram and social media communication
- Organized and patient in handling customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
