Bakery Assistant
Le Petit Four – Parel, Mumbai
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team and support our daily production.
Requirements
· Fresher to 6 months of experience in a kitchen, bakery or pastry setup
· Knowledge of bread making and pastry making will be an added advantage
· Basic communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Good hygiene practices and attention to detail
· Positive attitude towards work and willingness to learn and take initiative.
· Ability to work well as part of a team and support the team.
Responsibilities
· Assist the Commis Chef with daily preparation and production
· Weigh and prepare ingredients
· Assist with baking, finishing and packing of products
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
· Support production, inventory and other kitchen-related tasks as required
· Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
· Will be expected to assist with production independently and take ownership of assigned tasks when required
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Candidate may occasionally be required to start earlier or finish later depending on production requirements
Sundays off (except for special events or operational requirements)
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level) + basic travel allowance
