We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead plant operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant operations, team leadership, and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee all plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Stores and Dispatch.
* Ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective plant operations while achieving production and delivery targets.
* Drive productivity improvements, quality excellence, equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
* Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve plant objectives.
* Develop and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of ownership, discipline and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Sales, HR, Finance and other functions to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
* Lead plant improvement initiatives, capacity expansion projects, and implementation of best operational practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 15 years of plant operations/manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Experience in steel processing, metal fabrication, engineering, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
* Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
