We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor inquiries and internal communication.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist HR and Administration with onboarding documentation, attendance records, and other administrative activities.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer data.
- Support office management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
