Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create visually compelling and high-impact presentations using advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual storytelling best practices.
- Creative Asset Production: Design and develop a wide range of creative materials including marketing collaterals, booklets, UI/UX mockups, web layouts, social media graphics, and short promotional videos.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, align on creative direction, and deliver high-quality design outputs within timelines.
- Client Communication: Engage directly with clients to interpret their design requirements, offer strategic design insights, and ensure deliverables effectively communicate their intended message.
- Design Oversight & Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to junior designers, ensuring their work meets established quality standards and aligns with project goals.
- Iteration & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize design solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Canva.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools will be considered an added advantage.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in presentation design, visual storytelling, and multimedia content creation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong collaborative approach and attention to detail.
