Experience:
- 2 - 5 years
- Prior experience in sales coordination, order processing, or paper/industrial product industry preferred.
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
- Handle and respond to client inquiries related to paper and paperboard products.
- Process customer orders with accuracy (pricing, quantity, GSM, size, and type).
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order records, client databases, and sales reports.
- Track inventory levels and support stock management activities.
- Assist the sales/marketing team in daily operations and follow-ups.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product details.
- Manage multiple client orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Additional certification in sales, operations, or supply chain is a plus.
