We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and help grow our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Social Media Management
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence
- Engage with the community through posts, comments, and discussions
Content & Storytelling
- Create and oversee high-quality content including posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Highlight founder stories, community insights, and event highlights
- Work with designers, videographers, and writers to produce engaging content
Brand Building
- Develop strategies to build The Connect Klub’s brand within the hospitality ecosystem
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility among restaurant founders and industry stakeholders
PR & Partnerships
- Drive PR initiatives to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with media, influencers, and industry partners
- Build partnerships with hospitality brands and ecosystem players
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or social media
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills
- Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Understanding of PR, partnerships, and brand positioning
- Interest in hospitality, startups, or founder communities is a plus
- Highly creative, proactive, and self-driven

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
