Job Overview:
Dindayal Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Officer to lead and expand our Ayurvedic medicine business across Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in pharma/Ayurvedic products with excellent market knowledge and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and expand distributor and dealer network across Chhattisgarh
- Build strong relationships with doctors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Ensure timely reporting and sales data analysis
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pharma/Ayurvedic sales
- Strong knowledge of Chhattisgarh market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel across the region
- Leadership and team management skills
