Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Note: Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent English communication skills (Verbal and Written) are compulsory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Basic understanding of sales, business development, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of B2B Sales and Lead Generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
