Manages daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe production while maintaining quality standards, coordinating with employees, and improving processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain machine history and monitor performance.
- Supervise job card management and execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on daily job requirements.
- Develop effective process planning for various machining operations.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for scheduled jobs.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments for seamless operations.
- Review and support CNC programming for machines such as VTL, HBM, CNC Lathe, and VTL CNC.
- Interpret engineering drawings accurately and guide machinists accordingly.
- Utilize CAD software for basic modifications and job setup understanding.
