About Us
J Pilates is a luxury Reformer Pilates studio brand with locations across Navi Mumbai. We're opening our newest studio in Sanpada and looking for a Studio Manager to lead its day-to-day operations, sales, and client experience.
Job Summary
The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, driving membership sales and revenue targets, managing the on-ground team, and ensuring every client receives a premium, personalized experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes ownership and can run the studio like their own business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations, including class scheduling, equipment upkeep, and facility standards
- Drive monthly revenue and membership targets through walk-in conversions, trial closures, and upsells
- Maintain and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) tracking leads, trials, conversions, and renewals
- Supervise instructors and including rosters, attendance, and onboarding
- Handle client feedback, escalations, and retention conversations
- Submit weekly and monthly operational and sales reports to management
- Ensure accurate use of studio management software for billing and scheduling
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in studio management, hospitality, fitness, or wellness operations (Pilates/fitness industry experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in sales or target-driven, client-facing roles
- Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic reporting tools
- Professional presentation suited to a premium service environment
- Must be based in or able to commute daily to Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
