JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: APM
Experience – 5 to 10
Mode of work – Onsite
Compensation – 40k

Roles and Responsibility
· Manage interior construction projects from start to finish.
· Collaborate with designers and architects to integrate structural elements into the interior design.
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Conduct structural assessments and ensure compliance with building codes.
· Oversee on-site teams and monitor progress.
· Prepare project documentation and reports.
· Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
· Strong knowledge of billing processes and cost management.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
