Job descript
- Standards Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with ASME, ANSI, and ASTM standards (specifically ASTM A370 and E8 for mechanical testing of steel).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) compliance and Third-Party Inspections (TPI) like TUV, DNV, or Lloyd's.
- NDT Certification: ASNT Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
- Documentation: Proven ability to generate and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) EN 10204 Type 3.1 and 3.2, and manage ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
- Product Knowledge: Prior experience in a forging plant or pipe fitting manufacturing is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
