Patient Coordination
- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants.
- Schedule consultations, therapies, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, pharmacy, billing, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Guide patients regarding Ayurveda treatments, procedures, packages, and hospital services.
Patient Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for consultations, therapies, and treatment adherence.
- Encourage repeat consultations and referrals through exceptional service.
Query & Grievance Handling
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for timely issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when required.
- Maintain complaint and feedback records.
Patient Counselling & Conversion
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and wellness programs.
- Assist patients in understanding prescribed therapies and procedures.
- Support conversion of enquiries into consultations and treatment enrollments.
- Maintain regular communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient records in Hospital Management Systems (HMS/CRM).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly patient coordination reports.
- Track patient feedback and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Admission & Discharge Support
- Assist patients during admission and discharge processes.
- Coordinate billing and documentation requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free patient experience.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Patient Relations, Healthcare, Hospital Operations, or Customer Service.
- Experience in Ayurveda, Wellness, or Healthcare Industry preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
