A Front Office Assistant (FOA) is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and office registers
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and emails
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor or employee requirements
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
- Support HR or administration tasks when required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
