3. Classroom Management & Pastoral Care

- Maintain a hyper-vigilant eye on student safety and physical wellbeing within the classroom, corridors, playground, and washroom areas.
- Manage early childhood behavioral issues, separation anxiety, or emotional outbursts with immense patience, care, and gentle redirection. [1, 2]
4. Observation & Parent Partnership
- Log continuous qualitative observations detailing each child’s developmental checkpoints, emotional maturity, and behavioral habits rather than using strict numerical grades.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
