Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Update CRM systems with customer information and call outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and local language(s).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
