Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and quality-focused QA Engineer with strong Manual Testing skills to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of our SaaS platforms and web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying issues, validating workflows, testing APIs, and coordinating with development teams to maintain product quality before releases.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform manual testing of web applications and SaaS platforms
* Create and execute test cases and testing scenarios
* Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs clearly
* Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
* Validate application workflows, UI functionality, and user experience
* Test APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger
* Verify bug fixes and support release validation
* Coordinate with developers and product teams for issue resolution
* Maintain testing reports and quality documentation
* Ensure smooth and stable production releases
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts
* Experience in writing test cases and reporting bugs
* Familiarity with API testing using Postman or Swagger
* Basic understanding of STLC and testing workflows
* Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or ClickUp
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
* Experience working on SaaS, CRM, or web-based applications
* Familiarity with backend data validation
* Basic understanding of SQL queries will be an added advantage
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
* Basic knowledge of Automation Testing is an added advantage
