The roles & responsibilities of the General Manager we expect are:
- Ability to make business plan and departmental objectives.
- Ability to guide managers and provide them with proper directions.
- Ensure all outlets targets are achieved as per plan.
- Responsible for business forecasting and resource planning in terms of working capital, manpower etc, required for the business.
- Should be able to look at operations from a macro perspective.
- Ensure customer experience across all touch points meets the management standards.
- Ability to review and analyse MIS reports and take necessary corrective actions.
- Identification of new markets for bringing in additional business volume.
- Making sure the management policies are implemented and made sure it reaches all the members of the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
