We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Manager who can manage clinic operations while driving sales, marketing, patient counseling, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have an MBA or relevant management background with strong experience in sales, marketing, customer handling, counseling, and business development—preferably in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetics, healthcare, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilites:
- Drive clinic sales, revenue, and business growth.
- Manage and convert leads through effective patient counseling and follow-ups.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, consultation bookings, and treatment sales.
- Handle patient counseling for skin, hair, aesthetic, and cosmetic treatments.
- Manage and monitor sales targets, team performance, lead pipelines, and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and generate more business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat visits, and referrals.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and local business opportunities.
- Manage clinic staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Track performance through CRM, reports, and sales dashboards.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and build long-term patient relationships.
Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, clinic management, or patient counseling.
- Strong experience in sales conversion and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, counseling, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing leads, follow-ups, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of marketing and business growth strategies.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Candidates from Dermatology, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Healthcare, Hospitals, Wellness, or similar industries will be preferred.
