Job Summary- Work Location -Bahrain
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with previous GCC experience and a strong background in trading companies, mobile accessories, and IT products sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling sales pressure, leading a sales team, developing business opportunities, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business growth
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities in wholesale, retail, and corporate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts
- Manage sales of mobile accessories, IT products, networking products, and related solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, collections, and customer support
- Handle sales pressure and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in a Trading Company
- GCC (Ex-Gulf) experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in Mobile Accessories and IT Products sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills
- Valid GCC Driving License preferred

Qualification
