Job Title: Process Executive – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Pune (Field Job)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify customer documents for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) cases.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Visit customer locations, bank branches, and project sites as required.
- Track loan applications from login to disbursement.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with stakeholders to resolve processing issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP processing (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Pay: ₹10,090.79 - ₹20,000.00 per month
