Job Summary
The Resort Receptionist greets guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles reservations, and provides information about the resort’s services and local attractions. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Provide information about resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and maintain cash/credit transactions
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
