Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance management, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling end-to-end HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements.
- Assist management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational policies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA compliances.

Candidates with construction and interior background will be preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
