About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished, and professional content. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and has proven experience editing monologues, podcasts, voice-over-driven stories, interviews, and long-form content. They should possess strong storytelling instincts, excellent pacing, and the ability to create content that captures and retains audience attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content including:
- Monologues and talking-head videos
- Podcasts (video and audio-focused)
- Voice-over-driven stories and narrative content
- Interviews, testimonials, and educational content
- Cut and arrange footage to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement.
- Synchronize audio and video, ensuring seamless transitions and professional-quality output.
- Enhance content with graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Perform color correction and basic color grading to ensure visual consistency.
- Clean and optimize audio for clarity and professional presentation.
- Create multiple versions and aspect ratios for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with content creators, producers, and marketing teams to understand creative goals and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with advanced editing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of video storytelling, pacing, timing, and audience retention techniques.
- Demonstrated experience editing:
- Monologues and talking-head videos
- Podcasts
- Voice-over narratives and story-driven content
- Strong audio editing skills, including noise reduction, leveling, and synchronization.
- Experience working with subtitles, captions, and motion graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual enhancements.
- Familiarity with Adobe Audition or other audio editing tools.
- Understanding of YouTube content optimization and social media video formats.
- Knowledge of modern editing styles, audience retention strategies, and content trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
