Position Summary
We are seeking an active, dynamic, and customer-oriented LED TV Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional, and reliable on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services for Aitechlab LED TVs, while ensuring exceptional customer service, assistance, and satisfaction.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Proven experience as a TV Repair Technician, Electronics Technician, or in a similar field (experience with LED/Smart TV technology is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic circuits, power supplies, and testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Diagnostics & Repair: Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues on Aitechlab LED TVs (including backlight failures, screen issues, power supply defects, and mainboard troubleshooting).
- Installation & Setup: Handle the professional installation, wall-mounting, and initial configuration of smart TVs, ensuring everything connects seamlessly to the customer's home network.
- Customer Service: Explain technical issues and repair processes to customers in a clear, friendly, and non-technical manner. Provide tips on proper TV care and maintenance.
- Inventory & Tool Management: Maintain a well-organized inventory of spare parts, components, and specialized tools in your service vehicle.
- Documentation: Accurately log service requests, diagnostic findings, parts used, and customer feedback into the company’s service tracking system
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
