As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own and drive our performance marketing and digital commerce engine.
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and implement engaging social media strategies that increase brand awareness, grow online communities, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays up to date with social media trends, and has strong communication and analytical skills.
Key roles and responsibilities:
· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
· Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
· Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
· Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
· Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to produce high-quality content.
· Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
· Grow brand awareness, increase followers, and improve audience engagement.
· Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
· Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
· Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
· Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills..
