We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify loan leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital channels.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into successful loan disbursals.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience in Personal Loan, Payday Loan, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card, Telecalling, or Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.
