2. Basic Disciplinary Rules
- Data Privacy: Do not share, download, or misuse client leads.
- Honesty: Accurately log all calls and site visits in the CRM. Do not fake reports.
- Professionalism: Always be polite to clients and consistently meet your daily call targets.
