Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Trainee – Non-IT Research & Business Development Executive (RBDE). The candidate will be responsible for researching Non-IT job requirements, identifying hiring companies, generating leads, and supporting business development activities for the US market.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research Non-IT job requirements through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals
- Identify hiring companies and gather relevant contact details
- Research industry trends and emerging keywords related to hiring requirements
- Generate quality leads and maintain lead details in Excel
- Coordinate with clients and manage communication effectively
- Support client relationship management until candidate closure
- Perform web research and data analysis activities
- Achieve daily research and lead generation targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- B.E – EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics
- M.Sc – Maths, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry
- MBA, M.Com
