We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Mobilizer who can engage with communities, identify children who are out of school, build relationships with families, and support our educational and social development programs.
Eligibility
- Graduate (preferred) or 12th Pass with relevant field experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
- Comfortable with fieldwork and community interaction.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Forms is preferred.
- Experience in NGOs, education, health, or community development will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
