Job Description
We are looking for a Call Attender to join our company in Trichy.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Provide basic information to customers.
- Transfer calls to the concerned person when required.
- Take messages and maintain call records.
- Communicate politely and clearly with callers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English speaking ability preferred.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
