Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and business growth for our fashion and apparel brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, increasing market share, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer, retail, and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance and marketing ROI through analytics and reporting.
- Build relationships with influencers, media partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee content creation, visual merchandising, and brand communication.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
