1. Identify and develop new B2B clients / customer such as OEMs.
2. Negotiation of price, contracts and prepare quotation.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
4. Handle Key Account Manager (KAM) and maintain long-term relationship.
5. Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams for order executions.
6. Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients / customer.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
8. Coordinate with internal team (PPC & Dispatch) to execute the monthly schedule.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
10. Handle customer complaints.
11. Must have the knowledge of ERP / SAP.
