We are seeking a professional, organised, and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our company. This is a key role that combines front-desk reception duties with a wide range of administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, screen and forward them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and record keeping
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support multiple departments with administrative needs
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Handle basic financial tasks (invoicing, petty cash, expense tracking – depending on the company)
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Pay: ₹12,601.34 - ₹24,000.23 per month
