We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician Trainer to educate, mentor, and develop aspiring and professional nail technicians. The trainer will deliver both theoretical and practical training, ensuring trainees master the latest nail care techniques, safety standards, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional training in manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel polish, acrylic nails, nail art, and nail care treatments.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations.
- Assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Demonstrate the proper use and maintenance of nail tools and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest nail industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to support trainee development.
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
- Support certification and competency assessments where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Nail Technology, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a nail technician.
- Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail products, techniques, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for training documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
