Job Summary
We are looking for a Pricing Executive with hands-on experience in Export Air & Ocean Freight Pricing. The candidate will handle freight quotations, rate negotiation, shipment calculations, and coordination with carriers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Export Air & Ocean freight pricing enquiries.
- Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations.
- Obtain and negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders and agents.
- Calculate CBM, freight rates, volumetric weight and chargeable weight.
- Prepare FCL/LCL pricing and select suitable container/equipment based on cargo dimensions.
- Understand container types, dimensions and equipment requirements.
- Evaluate Air Freight based on actual/volumetric/chargeable weight and cargo capacity.
- Compare carriers, rates and routing options.
- Maintain freight rate sheets and pricing records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, carriers and overseas agents.

Eligibility
- 4+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
- Hands-on experience in both Export Air and Ocean Pricing is mandatory.
- Candidates with only documentation or operations experience will not be considered.
- Experience with a freight forwarder, NVOCC, shipping line or airline is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
