About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. Candidates will be trained to operate CNC/VMC/HMC machines and support production activities in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC / VMC / HMC machines under supervision
- Load and unload components and materials
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
- Follow production plans and work instructions
- Inspect parts visually and report defects if any
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Support production team for daily targets
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Any Technical Qualification preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or machining is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required
- Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills
