Role Overview : We are looking for Sales Executives for a market survey and research-driven sales role. Your primary responsibility will be to survey the digital marketplace — scanning apps, websites, and businesses that have low ratings or insufficient reviews on platforms like Google, the Google Play Store,Apple App Store & related platforms — and approach these potential clients with a tailored solution to help improve their digital standing. This role combines field research, data collection, and consultative selling. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical role in converting survey insights into business revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct systematic surveys of apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to identify products with low ratings (below 3.5 stars) or insufficient review volume.
- Research websites and local businesses on Google Maps and Google Search to spot those with poor or limited review profiles.
- Compile structured prospect lists with business name, contact details, current rating, platform, and category.
- Track market trends in specific categories (e.g., food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare apps) to prioritize high-potential segments.
- Initiate outbound contact with prospects via cold calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn — targeting founders, app owners, marketing managers, and business heads.
- Present our review and rating improvement service through structured sales calls, clearly articulating the business impact of low ratings and the value of our solution.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within the defined sales framework to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with lead status, follow-up schedules, and deal progress.
- Submit daily/weekly research summaries and sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Share market intelligence — recurring objections, competitor mentions, prospect pain points — to help sharpen the team's pitch and strategy.
- Coordinate with the internal delivery team post-closure to ensure a smooth client handover.
Required skills :
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, market research, telecalling, or digital marketing sales. Exceptional freshers are welcome to apply.
- Ability to independently conduct digital research and build targeted prospect lists using platforms like the Play Store, App Store, and Google Maps.
- Comfortable making 30–50 outreach attempts per day across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset — ability to read data (ratings, review counts, trends) and translate it into a compelling sales pitch.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or even Google Sheets) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of how app stores, Google reviews, and online ratings impact businesses is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
