Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Provide basic information to visitors and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Support HR, finance, or management teams with administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or diploma in administration is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
