- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate prices
- Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and payment certificates
