1. Execute manufacturing activities in accordance with production plans and batch requirements to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
2. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing procedures, process parameters, and quality requirements during production.
3. Monitor and control production processes to maintain product quality, batch consistency, and operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate with Production Supervisors to ensure smooth execution of shift activities and timely achievement of production targets.
5. Monitor production data, identify process abnormalities, and initiate corrective actions or escalate issues as required.
6. Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials to minimize losses and improve productivity.
7. Maintain accurate batch records, production reports, and process documentation.
8. Coordinate with Quality for sampling, testing, and compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
